Overview:
Pediatric Urgent Care Center of Forth Worth is a locally owned and operated after-hours pediatric urgent-care center. We provide a full range of clinical services to the rapidly growing pediatric population of North Texas. As an organization, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality of care to our patients at an affordable rate.
The owner, Dr. Michael Cowan, is double boarded in Pediatrics and Emergency Medicine. He has worked for the past 20 years in the DFW metroplex and has extensive leadership and clinical experience. Dr. Cowan recognized the growing need for a pediatric after-hours urgent care center not only to prevent unnecessary and expensive emergency room visits for patients, but to provide a reliable resource for patients when their own primary care provider is not open.

Our corporate structure is designed to support our clinical goals and provide the needed resources to our clinical team members. Our priority is excellence in clinical care and we believe that the corporation should serve the clinical staff, not the other way around.
As our organization grows, we will continue to expand our corporate structure. We firmly believe that an organization needs strong leadership and direction to be successful. Our organization will continue to expand until the needs of the community are met.
History:
Our first clinic opened on April 16, 2012. The clinic is located in the Alliance Town Center Corridor at Heritage Trace. We are excited to a part of this wonderful community.
